Good location, quiet enough, great breakfast.

Good food plus extremely friendly and absolutely friendly staff. Brand-new, well-appointed rooms provided with free coffee and snacks, as for instance. A huge variety of rich breakfast options.
No view at all.

Could be better, read on
The location is fantastic, right in the midst of a vibrant shopping arcade. The rooms are quiet and spacious compared to other hotels. Unfortunately, the service can be hit or miss, with staff lacking in helpfulness during minor inquiries. Some modern conveniences could also use improvement for a smoother experience.

Perfect for solo adventurers
The staff was helpful , like when they called ahead for my suitcase delivery to the next hotel. The room had an excellent view of the market , , made mornings a delight as I sipped my coffee from one of the shops right below.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for the experience and comfort, it was acceptable.

The location was perfect, nestled in a shopping arcade with countless restaurants and cafes close by. It was easy to wander the nearby art museum and even reach attractions like kiyamizu-dera temple via the river path.
